With effect from April 1, 2008, the FIAT Group sold their shares of ITS-GSA UK Ltd, ITS-GSA Deutschland GmbH and ITS-GSA FIAT France S.A. to Pride S.p.A. In Italy. Pride is a group consisting of several enterprises with previous locations in Italy and Spain. Pride are one of the leading businesses in the field of IT consulting. Their service portfolio includes management consulting and project consulting for ERP systems, system integration, infrastructure management as well as their own software products. The Pride Group employs approx 1,700 IT specialists in customer projects and service contracts.
The Pride Group has taken the decisive step towards the expansion of their activities in Europe by means of the acquisition of the ITS-GSA activities in England, Germany and France. It is the stated objective of the Pride Group to stabilise and expand the current customer and supplier relationships during the coming years. Further to this, the Pride Group has adopted a growth strategy which includes, among other things, the achievement of a number of employees amounting to 3,000 IT specialists within the next three years.
In order to demonstrate the integration into the Pride Group, ITS-GSA will use the Pride Group logo as of now and, in addition the name of the company will be changed to ITS Pride UK Limited shortly.
